Roll 1k for MDA starts on Monday September 19 and rolls through to Sunday September 25. You can roll any day, anytime, anywhere!

Sign up to Roll 1k for MDA as an individual or a team and you’ll get your own fundraising page. Or you can donate to someone who has already signed up.
Spread the word far and wide - ask family, friends and colleagues for donations. Once you’ve raised $50 we’ll send you you’re very own Roll 1k for MDA t-shirt!
Use a wheelchair, a scooter, a skateboard, a bike or anything else with wheels to roll 1km anytime between Monday September 19 and Sunday September 25.

Kiwis, young and old, with a lived experience of muscular dystrophy, and who are members of the Muscular Dystrophy Association of New Zealand, benefit from connecting through member events, led by our local Fieldworker’s.
Take part in Roll 1k for MDA and you’ll be helping to reduce social isolation for our members.
Fieldworkers provide personalised support to members and their families. . Linking people to others with shared experience through local events is a service our Fieldworkers very much enjoy doing They see members benefit on many levels; especially since Covid restrictions has meant some members have been stuck at home alone.
